From: Adele K When the furniture suite (leather sleeper sofa, loveseat, and recliner) that I recently bought from Jennifer Furniture arrived there was a tiny spot in the back of the loveseat where the stitching was slightly open. When I called the store, I was advised to send pictures via email. After sending the pictures, I received notice very quickly that the part would be replaced. When several weeks passed (beyond the time indicated), I emailed again and was told that the part was out of stock and that the entire loveseat would be replaced. Not long after I was scheduled for replacement. When the techs arrived and looked at the tear, they said they were prepared to replace just the back if that was okay with me. Of course it was. The whole thing only took a few minutes, and the two service people who came were professional, polite, and personable. The matter was very pleasantly resolved, and I'm very happy with the furniture. The quality of the leather, the sturdiness of all the pieces, and the stylish and elegant design are superb. Many years ago, I purchased a leather Jennifer sleeper sofa and loveseat. It lasted for 23 years. My next purchase was from a popular "discount" store -- a regrettable purchase because the sofa and loveseat (not sleepers) literally fell apart after four years. I decided then that I'd never buy anything but Jennifer furniture. While I expect this set to last a long time, I recommend Jennifer Furniture to family members, friends, and colleagues. I mean it when I say that I'll never buy anything else! So ... thank you for excellent quality and excellent! Yours truly,

Your Sale rep Sean at the Union store on rt 22 in NJ was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He was both knowledgeable about the product as well as patient and polite. It is very rare to find people willing to take the time and insure your product will find its way to you just as you wanted. We had to reschedule our delivery two times and Sean was able to maneuver and make sure it got to us when we needed it. He followed up with several phone calls to let us know when it was coming and to make sure we got and liked it. I think someone should commend Sean W and make sure his manager is well aware of what a great employee he has. We will shop there again and will recommend to our friends to use this store in Union.
